Rain is a Korean artist who successfully bring the Korean Wave (Korean wave) in Asia over the last decade. 3rd album of his, 'It's Raining' which was released in 2004 and then successfully sold millions of copies in Asia.
As with music, Rain also successfully build a career in acting. He has played in two Hollywood movies. First, Rain plays in the movie 'Speed Racer'. Later in the movie 'Ninja Assassin', he is believed to be the main character and even won the MTV award for the category of Biggest Badass.
Rain is on the list of 'Time 100 Poll' in 2006, 2007, and 2011 will undergo compulsory military service for 21 months. He will be conscripted to the armed forces of South Korea.
